The high school performance camp is designed to take your physical development in the off season to the next level! The camp takes a holistic approach behind teaching movement and force production in all three planes of motion (linearly, laterally and rotationally), the same way you compete.
Each session is 60 minutes in length with a different focus each day:
Monday - Maximal Velocity
Tuesday - Strength
Wednesday - Power & Deceleration
Thursday - Strength
Within each session campers will gain exposure to:
1. proper warm up techniques
2. varying types of plyometric and jump training
2. acceleration, top end speed and change of direction/agility
3. strength (force production)
4. accessory work focusing on endurance, stability and posture
We provide each camper with the gold standards behind athlete evaluation. At the beginning and end of each 3 week camp each athlete will go through testing. Testing will include: force plate testing (evaluating jump performance, left/right leg asymmetries and how your force is developed), laser timing systems evaluating each segment of acceleration, speed and agility, and endurance testing built into sessions.
We provide athletes the option to sign up for either 3 days or 4 days per week. The 4 day schedule includes all 4 days (Mon-Thurs each week). Alternatively, signing up for the 3 day option gives you the flexibility to decide which 3 days within the week you attend (Mon-Thurs).
10+ years of results speak for themselves. These are the same methods of training that have lead to dramatic developmental results for our collegiate athletes scaled to the specific age ranges of each camp group. Our athletes have been some of the fastest, strongest and healthiest in the country year after year!
