Looking to maximize your the results of your training and performance?

The large group Nutrition, Sleep and lifestyle Education Seminar lays the foundation educationally to maximize your performance. During a 90min zoom education seminar attendees will go through a 75min education session on current research backed nutritional habits, information on how to maximize sleep quality/quantity and lifestyle habits. After the presentation there is 15min for open questions. It is highly recommended that athletes below 18 years of age have parents attend via zoom with them so parents can support nutritional changes! This is meant to be a wide scope foundational, yet highly practical presentation setting the stage for lifestyle change. If you have diagnosed nutritional deficiencies or have significant nutritional issues please consult a registered dietician or medical professional.
