Remote Training Programs

Are you training outside of the Denver area and looking for Denver Sports Performance programming? DSP Programs are delivered via email (PDF) and are hyperlinked with videos to give you visual descriptions of all exercises. All programs are based upon normalized sports performance gym resources (turf, sleds, barbells, cable machines, Dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls and medicine balls). Within 24-48hours of purchase you will receive an email with all relevant information. Need help with your technique or have questions? Programs come with feedback (via text message) for all exercise videos that clients send in or questions regarding exercise form, logistics and implementation!
